All transactions on the Cempaka99 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stipulated for cryptocurrency deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to an MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. These thresholds may be adjusted periodically and specific limits will be displayed at the point of transaction.
Cempaka99 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. The Company does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network congestion.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Cempaka99 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment source from which they were deposited, to the extent technically feasible. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or series of transactions that raises money laundering concerns and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes offered by Cempaka99 are governed by these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of between ten times (10x) and twenty times (20x) the bonus amount shall apply before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
While any bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on a Player's account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or market selection is capped at RM 500 per round unless a lower cap is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted amount during bonus activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry window. The standard expiry period is 14 calendar days from the date and time of bonus credit, unless the promotion terms specify a different window (commonly 7 days or 30 days). Cempaka99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional offer if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk staking patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors or game malfunctions, or any other strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
The following general betting rules apply across all game categories available on the Cempaka99 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types, live dealer titles, and sports markets are published within each respective game interface or market page.
Cempaka99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed using erroneous odds, bets that exceed the applicable stake limit for a given market, and bets placed on events that have already commenced unless the relevant in-play market is explicitly offered.
